Paddock is proud to partner with Miracle Pools and Schultz Engineering Group on the resort-style pool at the Riverhouse Amenity Center in the Riverlights community in Wilmington, NC. Designed to merge elevated aquatic recreation and luxury community living together, the Riverhouse Amenity Center will serve as a gathering space for residents across the expansive 1,400-acre community.

With a focus on recreation, wellness, and social connection, Riverhouse is creating an everyday community experience that feels like a private resort getaway. The thoughtfully designed amenity center and swimming pool will provide residents with a welcoming environment for healthy living, social activities, and outdoor entertainment, helping establish Riverlights as one of Wilmington’s premier residential communities.

Construction officially broke ground on March 19 and is projected to be completed in 2026. Once finished, the amenity center pool will become a standout feature of the growing coastal North Carolina development. 

The Riverhouse pool will feature Paddock’s high-quality commercial pool main drains, engineered for long-term durability, performance, and sustainability. Miracle Pools also uses Paddock’s main drains for the ease of installation as it only requires one concrete pour. Designed to support modern aquatic facility standards, Paddock products provide dependable solutions built to withstand the demands of high-traffic family pools.
