How Hobcaw Yacht Club Uses the Upgraded Pool

Hobcaw Yacht Club is a family-oriented marina community where the pool plays a central role in daily life. The newly renovated facility supports everything from lap swimming to family recreation, serving as a hub for health, wellness, and connection.

The HYC Swim Team, open to members aged 5–18, brings that community spirit to life. As part of the Coastal Carolina Aquatics Association (CCAA) league, the team focuses on creating a fun, educational, and inclusive environment for young swimmers to learn technique, develop confidence, and build camaraderie.

Thanks to the recent renovation and the integration of Paddock’s advanced equipment, the pool now offers optimal water quality, improved circulation, and enhanced safety — all essential for supporting the club’s mission of providing a high-quality aquatic experience for members and guests.
